KeyMax Property Management ("KeyMax PM," "we," "us," or "our") operates the keymaxpm.com website and the KeyMax PM mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information when you register for an account, submit a maintenance request, make a rent payment, or communicate with property management.
We also automatically collect device information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage data when you access the Service. If you enable push notifications, we collect a device token to deliver alerts about payments, maintenance updates, and messages.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process rent payments, facilitate maintenance requests, send notifications about your account, communicate with tenants and property managers, and improve the user experience.

Square / Cash App — Payment processing for rent collection.
OneSignal — Push notification delivery.
Dropbox — Secure document backup and storage.
Titan Email — Email communications between management and tenants.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Lease documents, payment records, and maintenance history are retained in accordance with Florida landlord-tenant recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Florida residents may have additional rights under applicable state law. If you wish to opt out of push notifications, you can disable them in your device settings.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
